How long does it take to get my wrapped present back once you receive it?
Turn around times vary based on the quantity of gifts, pick up and delivery locations etc. We work by appointment only, so we can set up exact delivery dates/times per your request.
Is there a fee or cost to expedite wrapping of a gift?
The cost of individual gifts won’t change, however, there is an increased delivery fee of $25 each way for same day service.
How many presents can I give you to wrap? Is there a limit?
We can wrap as few or as many as you want! If you have a lot, we can create a bundle price for you to lower the cost.
Do I send you the gift or do you pick it up from me?
We can pick up from you for a small fee, or you can drop it off for free.
Do you send me the gift after being wrapped or do you deliver it to me?
We can deliver your wrapped gifts back to you or directly to the recipient for a delivery fee. Or you can pick up for free. We do not ship.
Do you only do Christmas gift wrapping?
We wrap all year long for any holiday, event, special occasion…you name it!
How do we know what our gift(s) will look like?
After you email us your inquiry, we will work with you to plan out all the details. From themes and colors, to paper and bows, even what you want on your tags.
If I have a preference for the style of the wrap can you customize?
Absolutely! If you have a color, theme, a certain tag or decoration you know you want incorporated…we are happy to oblige! Also, we can reduce the cost of the wrapping if you want to provide any of your own gift wrap, ribbon, or ornamentation. We love all wrappings!
